Wonderful cave house, peaceful and quiet with stunning views over Baza and surrounding countryside reaching up to 42 miles. The house itself is well laid out and well furnished and the welcome package and extras were well received. There are two terraces, both quiet and private, the top terrace has not only the views, but the superb swimming pool and relaxing area. Nearby attractions include the cave hotel of which you would probably not have seen the like and the nearby lake Negratin with it's dam, thermal spa and restaurants. Would certainly come back. Paulene, Alan and the children went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cave house was so unusual and extremely comfortable and the pool terrace was tremendous, plenty of room, amazing pool and incredible views, all very private. A three course meal in the restaurant on the lake cost only 7.8 Euros and was most enjoyable and a trip out in the peddalos was excellent value at 3 euros each for an hour. The market, shops, bars and bazzars of Baza and surrounding areas were great, the wine and beer cheap and can't praise the tapas enough. Probably need to come again as there's much more to explore than we managed.

We had a superb time. We loved the cave house and it's unusualness. There was plenty of home comforts, such as stereo, large TV, video and dvd player and the kitchen was well equipped. Loved the George Forman and will need to buy one. It was incredibly quiet and relaxing and we slept like babies. We had a trip to the nearby cave hotel which offers all sorts of relaxations such as massage, sauna, thermal spa etc and is totally unusual. Lake Negratin was amazing and we needed several visits to explore the different areas, each offering something different.

The cave house was very unusual the views very impressive. However, not really for us, we prefer something that offers a great deal more, like Malaga or Granada. Probably a little too inland and more typical Spain than we would have expected.

Had a wonderful, relaxing break. The cave house is very typically spanish, offering all that you would need and in such an unusual fashion. The market and town are brilliant and offer a variety of shops stalls and bars with amazing tapas. Then there's the open air disco and go carting next door. Loved the thermal spa on lake Negratin. We would love to return and probably will.

What a wonderful place!
When we stepped into the cave house we were so surprised that it was so comfortable and homely, as we weren’t quite sure what to expect, despite seeing the photos on the web site. But it exceeded our expectations, and the rooftop pool is fantastic, with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and mount Jabalcon, yet totally private and not overlooked.
Alan and Paulene are a delight as are their children, very helpful and friendly and always willing to do things for you, we will miss them.
The Granada region is fabulous, so much to see we ran out of time, despite being there for 10 days! Fiesta fortnight is incredible a real must!
We had such a brilliant time we will be returning again soon.
Thank you to Alan and Paulene, and their lovely family for making it really special.

Had a totally relaxing holiday, just what we wanted. The cavehouse was wonderful, even better than we had expected. The welcome was wonderful as was the help and assistance we were offered in a variety of ways. Certainly we will be back.

Amazing. So much to see and to do. The cavehouse was brilliant, particularly for sleeping and the outside space including the pool was brilliant. We were made to feel so welcome, we all agreed that is was like staying with relatives, but not in any way restricting. We would love to come back.

Fantastic!. We had such a brilliant time that we are arranging time off work next year and are already pencilled in for a return - this time for a full two weeks rather than the 9 days. Hannah put 135 photos on her facebook. Loved the Fiesta and the Cascamorras. The pool was fab and we were made to feel so welcome. We will be back!!
